“Good location for my needs, super friendly staff, had choice of room floor, breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles.”

“Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.”

“After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone.
