“Clean room, very quiet”

“This place is cheap yet horrible…. There are several extra large potholes that you have to dogde while pulling up on the property… several strange people walking around the outside. The hotel door barely closes and look like a half way house. There is not quiet time … the people next door thumped crashed and boomed all night… the towels were yellow and the tub had a ring around it and public hair all over. DO NOT STAY HERE… the sign should say Niggwood!”

“One time a homeless man spent the night in the lobby of my apartment building in Chicago. The lobby smelled for weeks afterwards. The corridor smelled like this at the Days Inn in West Allis. The hotel is old, dated, and run down. Poor wi-fi so you can't work or check your socials. There was no surface dirt in the room and the bathroom was clean but old. Carpet was stained and frayed. OId furniture. Wallpaper peeling from the walls. Not a nice overall experience. Dirty corridors. Room was large...

“My room had no heat until”

“Over all was a good experience. Room was clean. However couldn’t get the a/c work. The outlet next to the bed didn’t work and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work. Shower was pretty good. Mattress was kind of hard, I prefer something more soft. When arriving park in the parking garage and then go in and check in. Loading area out front was always full. Was fairly quiet also.”

“Wish check in was earlier it was my birthday and somebody told me when I called first the earliest I can check in at 12pm but when I got there I waited all the way until 3pm ”

“First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!”

“The room was clean and the bed sheets tight.The breakfast buffet was great,the pool was refreshing. I love having the kitchen in the room to save money. The lounge are is where we ate breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Thank you”

“The best part was the pool. I would only stay here as a last resort.. I want to eat breakfast there were no eggs and no sausage and the staff was in the kitchen talking to each other and talking on the phone. Not a good look.”

“nice hotel, clean and with big rooms. Free WiFi is working very well. the only problem might be reception desk that closes at 11:00 PM (not highlighted in the reservation via Hotels.com). I didn't have breakfast so I cannot say how it is. Good ratio price/comfort”

“My complaint would have to be the cleanliness of the room. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned from the previous guest who had stayed there, and bed sheets and towels had black mascara make up stains. Overall, the cleanliness was not great. Staff were fantastic!”
