“The beds are very uncomfortable. There are no liners in the waste paper baskets the front desk does nothing to help you and most of all when I was checking out with my husband the front desk person asked us if we wanted breakfast since we had a a long drive. We told her now I took the luggage out to our car and return the cart within a minute and ask for a bagel and she told me it was too late breakfast is over, and I should drive over to Starbucks to get it.
