“Hotel stay is average. No bottled water which I much prefer than going out of the room to get water. The room needs a fresh coat of paint as it looks gloomy. ”

“Television is so small and must change due to old style/conditions. Hardly seen what you’re watching. Good thing they changed our comforter the following day, when we came it was really on a poor condition, more so of pillows, I thought there were no pillow cases. Restaurant’s food was excellent!”

“The room can be better arranged. Very basic. Also, the bathroom was poor and the heater didn’t work at all. The TV remote didn’t work and the staff didn’t make efforts to change it. Front desk ”

“Upon entering the hotel's lobby, I was greeted by Thania (I hope I spelled her name right!). She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and we had a great little chat before I checked in. We had booked this hotel for one night due to a poor experience at another accommodation, and I was so thoroughly relieved to have been able to spend my last night in Malaysia at Hyatt. I was well rested, stress-free, and was able to wind down right before a long flight home. Thank you, and I highly recommend...
