“The property is very nice. The staff was not very good at greeting and to try and contact someone by phone was almost impossible. We were told we'd have a city facing room. It was ready, so they said, but it was not inspected yet. I saw the room number. We returned later soaking wet from a downpour. Employees in the lobby would not answer the door. Nobody answered the intercom call. When we finally got our room (different room than was originally going to be given to us, was courtyard facing....

“Our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel in center of the Wharf area which is full of restaurants and entertainment. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.”
