“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“NATE gets 5 STARS ALL DAY. He is at the front desk and was Amazing!! He has checked me in twice now at this location. He always greets with a smile and is super sweet. The 1st stay was great King size bed was comfortable. 2nd stay--HORRIBLE. Nate still gets 5 stars BUT the mattresses in the Double Queen room were absolutely horrible. Location: 11 mins from Sheppard AFB (my main goal), & the local nature center (lovely, inexpensive, & one of the only things to "do" in Wichita Falls). “The air conditioner in my room was very, very loud. At first I thought that someone was running the motor on a diesel pickup truck parked right outside my window& I had a first floor room . It finally aggravated me enough that I looked out the windo - no truck just a car that wasn't running & no one was in it. All in all it mage for a miserable night. Turning the AC off was not an option - Texas in the summer.”
