The room for improvement: I didn’t appreciate getting stuck on the first floor just for having my two extremely well-behaved dogs with me, especially after paying a premium to have them stay. The first floor was noisy and I had trouble sleeping due to guests above. The breakfast was described as “exceptional” in the reviews - it was just hotel food. The side doors...

“Room was clean, staff was nice. I booked a second room with a pet and was told by a feont desk attendant they only allowed service dogs. Look for a different hotel to accommodate for furbabies i guess”

“Property is very run down compared to pictures. When we went into the room, it was not cleaned, stains all over the place, trash in the cans, dirty towels, to say the least, VERY dissatisfied. Asked for a refund and went next door. I will say staff was polite. ”
