We stayed in the budget 2 bedroom self contained cottage and although old it was the perfect choice for us and excellent value for money. I thought we would be really cold but there were heaps of blankets and more than enough heaters to go round. Great spot to set yourself up in for access to Cardrona and the Snow Farm. “Spectacular mountain view. Friendly staff. Wonderful and hugely spacious kitchen, dining, lounge area leading outdoors to a large terrace. Great shower and plenty of hot water. Excellent heating. Easy parking. Best to have a car as on edge of Wanaka.”

“Comfortable, convenient and had all required amenities. Would have rated 10/10 if bathroom had shower cubicle and soap/shampoo holder. Also, staircase exposed to weather can be a safety hazard when it’s wet and windy.”
