“Nothing”

“We were greeted nicely and pleasantly on arrival at 6pm. Armeen was so nice to let us use the breakfast room for our noodles dinner after 10:30 pm on Saturday, after we had a whole day event in Barkerville. The hotel was newly renovated. Pillows and beddings were comfortable and clean. Sill lots of stain marks at the ceiling. In the bathroom, whenever we turned on the tap, foul smell came up from the drain, which made the whole room stink. Room 103,104 & 105. Please check and fix the problem....

“I usually have a great stay, but we stayed on the first floor for the first time. Once we settled, I heard a beeping sound coming from the hallway, my partner talked to the front desk, and they said they will look into it. We used a sound machine and I still heard this beeping every 3 minutes, I’m a light sleeper with a toddler so I can’t use earplugs. It was a horrible sleep!”

“We loved Eagles Nest, the old school charm was refreshing. Very clean, spacious room - super comfy bed. Dinner was great, with probably the best cheesecake we’ve ever had and a decent wine list. Tim is outstanding, very professional and takes his role(s) seriously. We would certainly recommend!!”
