Hotel vicino a The Outlet Ruta 66 - San Juan

“Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

“Nice rooms. The bathroom has a deep tub and overhead shower. Amazing views from every angle of the property. Nice helpful staff. The pool with a swim up bar and hot tub is nice.”

“Customer service has been phenomenal. I have been working remote for 5 years and visiting different places and this is my favorite by far. The staff helped me find the place since I traveled an hour from San Juan, PR. When I come back to this area, I’ll definitely be back here!”

“My stay was not a pleasant experience. Firstly, this property is on a corner of a town square in Rio Piedras and not within San Juan proper. The neighborhood felt unsafe, empty, like a wasteland- particularly at night. While the front door does require buzz-in access into a small lobby area, the overall property felt unsecured as the back door entry was left unlocked from the rear parking area and opened to a darkened hallway and small courtyard. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as bed...

“Beautiful, serene grounds. Breakfast room being open 24/7 was clutch! Great space for a solo traveler, but very good for a couple that’s willing to share a smaller, but comforting room. ”

“La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato...

“Excellent hotel, location, staff, and beach access. Room was spacious and offered a good view as advertised. My girlfriend got sick and they did everything they could to take care of her and accommodate her. Would certainly recommend to any other traveler.”
