“The biggest problem I had was the cleanliness of the room. I own a cleaning business, so I do throughly check. There was a full soda in the freezer, something on the outside and inside of the class shower door, and the outside of the microwave had food and sticky stuff on it. The bath mat wasn’t clean and using them is gross. Bioclean works great for shower doors. ”

“Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night. “The office was not open when we arrived, however there was a gentleman there that helped us. Office was not open again when we wanted to check out I called the telephone number they gave and it was app Spanish when I called. So I left the key in our room and emailed them to let them know where it was. Nice and clean would definitely stay here again ”
