“Every thing went smoothly from us arriving after hours and receiving all the needed information from the establishment before hand, to our room key waiting for us. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast is more than you would expect at some hotels...but they serve basically the same thing every morning and that got old by the end of our stay. Wish they had a waffle maker. “Great location and setup is ready made as other reviews state with food and all beach amenities you could need there for use. AC’s are updated and worked great. The location is perfect for beach days and multiple groceries stores/pharmacies within a mile. Old San Juan is only a 15 min ride and a gated parking space is given for your car all week. Again, smart touches by the property owner around food, coffee, beach items, etc. that make you want to come back.”

“This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying...
