“The motel was in good location with a supermarket across the road. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.”

“Nice view and very close to harbor. We walked to harbor and had a dinner. The parking space is a little challenge due to strap entrance. Overall is pretty good.”

“Our room was great and easy parking. Check in was smooth and staff member was super helpful. We were also able to leave our car in their car park for an overnight trip to Wellington. The property is in a fabulous position. Supermarket and chemist across the road and service station next door. Highly recommended! ”

“For what this is (a cabin in a campervan park), it was excellent. The cabin was private, clean, and quiet. There's obviously no view and the amenities are all shared (shared bathroom/toilets/showers, shared communal area) but everything was in pretty good/decent shape. It's not a 5 star luxury hotel but it's not pretending to be that. For the value and what you pay for (and for just one night where you're getting in fairly late and leaving somewhat early), it's excellent. ”

“The room we were in, James Cook, was wonderful. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, with a lovely deck. It was also great to have breakfast provided each day. Steffan and Michelle are fantastic hosts. Warm, proactive, helpful, and fun. I highly, highly recommend this place.”

“In no way this is a 5 star resort. Completely overpriced for the level of services provided. Staff members were all polite but definitely not well trained and transactional, food very mediocre. Spectacular location. This resort is priced at the level of an Aman or Mandarin Oriental-type property and it is very far away from that. Very disappointing for the price we paid. ”

“It is in a beautiful location - stunning view. There was plenty of activities to do, it is well-equipped - we enjoyed the paddle boarding, but the room was much more dated than the website photos appeared and we had mixed experience with the staff - a few seemed reluctant to interact. You only have one choice of restaurant but the food was really good - dinner and breakfast”
