“False fire alarm went off at 7am, was not asked if I was a hilton member when arriving (so no water bottles offered) and pancake maker was broken”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel in Bristol! The staff were so helpful and kind, the room was spacious and had so many windows. I loved it! The food and drinks at the rooftop bar and restaurant were very good. Overall just a lovely experience. ”

“AAA+++ Location was great for us, parking was good, there was some work going on, but you’ll have that. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi was good, the employees were friendly, immediate, kind, and professional. ”

“This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.”
