“It took me more than 30-40 minutes before i can be in touch with the person in charge and know the unit. It turns out its an apartment, so its an airbnb. The bathroom is dirty, no soap shampoo nor hot water. The pillow case looks dirty. The apt is not well kept. Had to ask the PIC re wifi pw. “Do not stay in this property! The owner refused to acknowledge our guest house booking upon arrival. After arguing and showing them the Orbitz receipt, the owner tried to put us in a 3 person sleep room while we booked it for 5 people. At last, they put us in 5 person suite as booked on Orbitz.
