“The room was very clean and well apointed. We stayed the night as we went to see a show, and this was a convenient location. It is located in the heart of downtown entertainment. Walkable to most of the major stadiums, Museums, and conference centers in the area. Perfect for a romantic weekend. Check in is a little late IMO, but we were able to check in a few hours early which was nice. Wish there was a pool on site, but other than that it was perfect.”

“L'interno dell'hotel ricordava quei vecchi hotel che si vedono in periferia nei paesini americani, con la macchina del ghiaccio nel corridoio delle camere. La camera era pulita ma con arredi molto vecchi. La colazione finiva alle 9.30 in punto, tanto che alle 9.30 sbarravano l'ingresso alla sala della colazione. Colazione molto povera e triste.... tutto piuttosto triste. Le persone alla reception erano gentilissime, unico punto positivo”

“The stay was fine until one night we tried to get back to our hotel. This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. However, on a Tuesday night, there was a concert at the Mortage Center near the hotel. All roads surrounding the property were closed and we couldn’t get back to the hotel at 11:30pm at night. “Room and bed were very nice and comfortable. Room was clean. Restaurants were within walking distance as was a market. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly enough.”

“Oh this hotel was PERFECT for attending the con at the convention center! Literally less than 5 minutes walking. The property is stunning with lots of neat art to look at, and to use a backdrops for photos. I LOVED it! The rooms are spacious and beautiful. There was construction going on on my side and I never heard a peep. Just wonderful.”

“Perfect staycation site for downtown events! Spent my birthday weekend downtown and it was a perfect spot to rest away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get everywhere. Great amenities! Spacious rooms and bathrooms.”

“Everything was great other than the fact that I informed that I would be arriving at 2. My room was not ready upon arriving at 3 (due to traffic). I was not given my room until 5. I had to rush to get ready for the plans I had. The bath tub didn’t drain properly so I was standing in my own filth as I showered. Pretty disappointing for a Marriot.”

“Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful.”
