“The staff was very caring, but the rooms are old and dated for the price, in my opinion. In all fairness the staffer logged all my criticism and thanked me, stating since they dont sleep in the rooms so they rely on feed back. The bed was uncomfortable and the A/C was erratic (I needed to keep adjusting it tgroughout the night). On the last night a loud buzzing sound came from the A/C vent when it was off. I believe it was from the extreme wind. Two of the four nights I could hear pounding...

“Easy access to freeway & shopping. Jose checked us in and it went smooth. They have special deals for tickets to Lagoon Amusement Park. Kristie was the best help with questions. Everyone was friendly and genuinely cared about our needs.”

“I expected more for the price and because it's a Marriott. But the room was SO HOT and when I asked them to please check the AC, they said they can bring a fan up instead. We struggled to sleep our 2 nights we were there. Really a pretty basic hotel room. The pullout bed was very plastic feeling, and the shower head in the bathroom made it hard to get clean. However, the staff was super nice and we love Marriott breakfasts compared to other hotels. But no fruit etc. Just packaged/boxed items. If...

“The hotel was beautiful. Our room was amazing. We had the room with the whirlpool tub in the room. We loved it! It was so nice. Our room was nice and clean. There was a free breakfast in the mornings. It was very good. We enjoyed that as well. When we had questions, the front desk was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you. 🙂”

“Beautiful property, albeit in a rather unique location - the anchor of a shopping mall. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The common areas were also large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay, standard hotel fare. Navigating the parking lot was a small challenge as the hotel competes with surrounding mall traffic to some degree. Given the location, there were plenty of food options close by, but few that I would rate as upscale. Overall it was a good experience.”
