“The property was well maintained, it’s right off a major highway, and close proximity to local businesses for entertainment. The staff were friendly all around. We were delighted with a clean room, bathroom, and working A/C. Swimming pool & hot tub was put into good use and they provide towels. Overall, we had a good experience.”

“Very clean and comfortble room. I had the best beef dip sandwich that I have EVER had downstairs at the bar. Nice and convenient. Worth the extra money to be located INSIDE the airport. Great for a 6 am flight!”

“Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed”

“We had four rooms...The air conditioning didn't work in one room requiring a change of rooms, another room did not have running hot water in the shower requiring a maintenance call...the carpet in all the rooms were dingy and dirty. The rooms we had visited were long corridor walks to a working elevator since the one servicing our rooms was out of order. “Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure.”

“Tv worked only if you unplugged and plugged back in and had to ask staff why tv wasn’t working. Was giving one towel and one wash rag. Front desk was nice. Breakfast was okay.”

“I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!”
