“It was amazing!YOU NEED TO STAY THERE!The hotel room…there were bunkbeds,a big screen TV,yes,the bedding could use an upgrade,but everything else made up for it!The staff was so nice,my daughter did not want to leave the waterpark,there was even an arcade!And, there were so many food options!You only live once,so go to the lodge!!”

“My check in wasn't until 3pm and I arrived at 10am. The staff accomodated and placed me into my room at the time of arrival. I would return to newly made beds and fresh towels daily after my daily task. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional along with freshly brewed coffee machines which saved me alot of money. As a Holiday Inn member, I was able to easily extend my check out time.”

“The bar inside the hotel was nice and had good wine and beer selection. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish the breakfast was included or it would have been nice if they offered a smaller breakfast vs. only the complete breakfast bar. Overall it was good and in a convenient location.”

“I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better.”

“I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel.”

“A lot of reviews commented on the cleanliness of the property and I have to agree they need to do way better with the rooms and the entire building. Just because it’s a 2 star hotel doesn’t mean it needs to look run down. The owners know the property needs a makeover asap. Stop being trifling and fix the place up. The plus was the 24 hour shuttle that can take you back and forth to the airport and mall of America, their coffee is oddly very good, and the staff was cool. The location was...

“Breakfast was ok, sausage gravy, over hard eggs, waffle bar, but was light on any healthier options. The room was clean and neat. Our big complaints were the sketchy, poorly lit, crowded parking areas and the thick pot-smoke in front of and inside the hotel lobby and elevator. Those two things together made the hotel seem less welcoming than I am sure the owners wanted it to be. ”

“Good breakfast selection and the rooms were clean. We did think there was a hot tub which was disappointing to not have one, but excellent and friendly staff and super close to the MOA which made for an easy transition. Glad we didn’t have to pay for parking by joining their members program because that was an unexpected cost of it all.”
