“The property was well maintained, it’s right off a major highway, and close proximity to local businesses for entertainment. The staff were friendly all around. We were delighted with a clean room, bathroom, and working A/C. Swimming pool & hot tub was put into good use and they provide towels. Overall, we had a good experience.”

“The only thing we liked about this hotel was the pool for the kids and the shuttle to MOA. I can see why they are renovating this hotel- it needs a lot of work. Its old and needs an upgrade. The pictures online made it seem like this was a really nice place but very misleading. The lobby is very small along with our room. The carpet in our room was just gross. Didn't want to sit on the sofa bed. The "free" breakfast was disgusting and very limited choices. Should have stayed at the Embassy...

“Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed”

“Parking, location, and staff were good. Our room was filthy. Vent in the bathroom and ice machine on 10 and 11 broken. Lobby nice but our room was a dump.”

“Everything was great. The Front Desk Agent, Sinead, was incredibly helpful. Our room had some AC issues and they immediately sent someone to help. When they weren't able to immediately fix the issue, we were able to get another room. I would come back, for sure.”

“They charge for parking didn’t know when booking. Also room was dirty and TV didn’t work and called several times and never responded. I will not stay here again.”

“It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable.”
