“The cups, bowls and plates in the apartment looked dusty. There was no hot water in 1 of the shared bathroom. The notice showed need to wait 30 minutes for hot water. It’s not sustainable if we keep the water running more than 30 minutes. The sliding glass door couldn’t be locked. The floor was dusty.”

“Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience. “I'm not picky when it comes to where I stay, I only really require a decent-ish bed and a clean a bathroom. This hotel failed on pretty much every count. I didn't expect a luxury hotel but I had thought for the price we'd be getting a clean room. To start with looks much dingier than the photos, which is something I always expect but not nearly to this degree. The room had not been cleaned before hand as the bathroom was disgusting and the shower had what looked like it poop in the drain. ...

“La posizione é sicuramente ottima in quanto si trova in mezzo alle Cameron highlands. Purtroppo però la camera non era come ce l'aspettavamo..anzi..decisamente poco carina e la pulizia non era eccellente (cosa fondamentale nei nostri viaggi avventura). Non ci sentiamo di consigliarla anche se il proprietario é stato gentile.”

“L'albergo, diversamente da come è indicato da expedia, NON si trova a Tanah Rata ma a Brinchang. Quindi situato in un centro piccolo e scomodo. L'albergo non dispone di colazione, che si è costretti a fare all'esterno. La wifi funziona bene ”
