“This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . One looses the will to live when saying I need a shaving kit and al you get back is “is there something else...

“Siamo stati davvero contenti di aver soggiornato al Canopy, posizione ideale (a ridosso del North End e downtown Boston) e qualità della struttura 👍Camera sempre pulita e spaziosa per 2, l'hotel è raggiungibile sia con la metro che con il taxi (15 Min) dall' aeroporto. Vicino si trovano 2 fermate metro (linea verde) che ti porta diretta in zona back bay/fenway park. Possibilità di colazione in struttura presso il ristorante situato al 1° piano. “All the staff from the extremely helpful front desk, housekeepers, who always said good morning when I passed in the hall, and room service were warm and friendly. Speaking of room service, (which is either a luxury or a total sad waste of money depending on where you stay) the food was quick, hot, and very yummy!! I don't usually do room service because in the past it's been disappointing, but it was my daughter's birthday and there are just some things in life you have to try at least once....

“La camera quadrupla era spaziosa, c’era anche un tavolino dove poter fare colazione grazie anche alla presenza di una macchinetta del caffè con tutto l’occorrente per poterla utilizzare. Unico neo bagno un po’ vecchiotto e non proprio pulitissimo! ”
