“I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself...

“Nothing fancy. Very utilitarian. Because I was traveling solo, I did not mind. If I was with a significant other, I would probably have chosen to pay more to stay somewhere else. The staff was polite. There was adequate parking.”

“Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest.”

“This was my 4th stay at City Mills, in Columbus. It is a v very unique property, historic and situated right on the Chattahoochee River. The riverwalk cuts right through the property making it so easy to get out for a morning or evening walk. The on-site restaurant is so delicious....the servers, the food and drinks are wonderful. The arrival staff are so friendly, they make sure they have answered your questions and will even escort you to the elevator. The breakfast is delicious, juices...

“I usually stay with another national hotel chain when I travel, but chose this hotel for its location right next to the National Infantry Museum. The front desk staff was helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and we found the beds really comfortable. The breakfast is OK, but not great (spoiled by that other chain, I guess). The 24/7 coffee in the lobby is always bitter and really not drinkable (both the light and dark brews). I found myself either purchasing coffee outside the hotel or...
