“The room was very spacious it had a small balcony, a kitchenette which was a bit small but manageable and a hot tub which was round and accommodated more than 1 person, it was luxurious to use. Walkable to town, a bit noisy on the main road and we only saw 1 staff member who was pleasant but we did have to go away for an hour till the room was ready, which was already past the 2pm arrival time, but it was worth the wait.”

“Clean and very comfortable, great shower and jet-spa bath, easy-to-operate high quality air conditioner/heat pump, and kitchenette. Bed was made to perfection with soft sheets, lovely pillows and bedding. Bus stops right outside, on the same street, with buses directly to Massey University (one direction) and Airport (opposite direction), and all other main bus routes close by. Very close walking distance to the Plaza shopping centre, department stores, fashion stores, supermarkets, and dining...

“Rooms were immaculate but the Spa pool in our room was broken, could not change the temp or turn the lighting on, the owner said he would need to replace the control panel. ”

“Comfortable room, good layout with separate sleeping and living areas. Bathroom contained a good, deep spa bath. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complementary use of washing machine was very welcome; and the provided drying facilities were excellent.”
