“It’s not worth being called a hotel”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. “I had a great stay! The hotel was very clean and in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everyone in the restaurant was especially lovely and welcoming. It was also great to have the option of on-site parking. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Spotlessly clean and well furnished accommodation, punching way above its weight as a guest house. Room (#5) was very comfortable, with tasteful furnishings/fittings and well thought out use of space. Nice balcony (with a couple of chairs and a small table) overlooking the seafront.
