“I never heard a peep from any other room, which I was totally fretting about. It was very quiet. Nice, spacious room. Good breakfast, coffee all day which I always appreciate! Pool, fitness room, laundry. Decent location...just a 5-10 minute walk to the French Quarter, or a short walk to the French Quarter streetcar (to reach the further parts of the FQ). “Memoir is a strange blend of residential property and hotel. Its association with the Common House adjoining is not very clear, although this is a great asset to the property (note that common house closes at 5pm on a Sunday, so if you’re staying on a Sunday night this is no use to you). “The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”

“L'hotel è carino e ben tenuto ed è anche pulito ma trovo assurdo che non facciano le pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani, se non dietro richiesta. Rischi di stare una settimana senza che puliscano la camera perché al check in non ti dicono che la pulizia va richiesta! Il personale è molto freddo e quasi scocciato. La colazione poco ricca e il latte era anche acido. È un vero peccato perché l'hotel nel complesso è particolare e carino e sopratutto in ottima posizione ”

“The room and property was very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a tub and rainfall shower head. There was also a full length mirror. The staff made the stay welcoming. The bar and resturant was an extra bonus food and drinks were amazing. ”
