“If you’re a Christmas lover like myself, you’re gonna love the Inn at Christmas Place. Everywhere you look you will see Christmas decor that brings a huge smile to your face. Even places you wouldn’t expect are decorated. Each piece is classy and elegant and every floor is decorated differently. I brought my mom with me and she fell in love with the place just as much as I did. “Great stay! Stayed 3 nights at Inn with a teen, mom and grandma. Friendly staff. Excellent indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, lazy river and hot tub. Breakfast was great and exceeded expectations - waffles, biscuits, sausage, scrambled eggs, gravy, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls. Bathroom towels were good, pool towels are small and thin. There is a snack bar at pool. Loved it all, no regrets!”

“the room was clean check in staff were nice breakfast was good. Paid extra for a room that overlooks the river and was disappointed in the view. I am spoiled to seeing water rush over the rocks and ducks enjoying. We did not have that at this motel.”

“The room was nice and clean, they have a txting service which was nice. The cleaning lady was very accommodating when I asked for towels etc. The pool is nice and well maintained would have been better with some kid friendly splash areas or water feature. Breakfast was not included which was a bumper but you can buy it daily if wanted. Coffee is free and probably the best coffee I’ve had at any hotel. Overall great experience would stay again. Family of 4 with 2 toddlers.”

“Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.”
