“The ombiunce of the riverfront was so relaxing. You could sit outside and enjoy the view or sit in a partially enclosed area to enjoy the view. You can walk to places instead of driving in the crazy traffic. Or take the trolley located just outside the hotel.”

“The room was clean. We chose not to have daily cleaning service so we placed the towels and trash outside the door each day. We asked for more each day and sometimes they weren't enough. We had request extra toilet paper but that wasn't their fault. They weren't coming into the room. There appeared to be a bit of communication issue. It wss difficult for them to understand us sometimes. Breakfast wss good.”

“The bed was comfortable. Everything worked properly . It was clean everywhere. It was within close walking distance to a lot of places. I wish the room was bigger but we had plenty of closet space and dresser space and storage for suitcases. The pool was a warm temperature The hot tub had a little too much chemicals , it made me itchy Kids at the pool were all over and splashing all over, parents not concerned about other people. After 4 days breakfast choices got a little old but it was...

“We absolutely loved our stay there!!! So much fun for our family! It was perfect for kids and adults! We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool and thoroughly enjoyed that the restaurant was right there and we didn’t even have to leave to get us some cheeseburgers. They even brought the food right to us. We will definitely be staying there again. The only issue we had the entire time was our mini fridge wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal. We didn’t need it, when we told them about it....

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“Our room was wonderful and the floor was quiet for the most part. The only problem we had was our toilet wouldn't flush correctly and took forever to refill when it did flush. We weren't in the room all day every day, so it was not a huge issue for the 2 of us. It does need to be attended to Rm # 218. We made the week just fine, but the rest of our stay was great. We would definitely stay there again. Priced reasonable and good location -- Great Breakfast each morning.”

“Gym is good, has a cable machine, free weights, benches, and cardio equipment. Breakfast was top tier for a free included meal. Pool area always stocked with towels and clean, even had some pool toys. The area is also great away from the craziness of pigeon forge so a nice place to relax after a busy day. Rooms were clean, well maintained, and well equipped. I'd absolutely stay again”
