Questa casa dispone di un garage per due auto, un soggiorno ampliato, una camera chiusa in Florida e un lanai recintato! La straordinaria cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, tutti gli elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio inossidabile nuovi di zecca, pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica in cucina, lanai, bagni, lavanderia e laminato in legno in tutte le altre stanze! Lovely house!

Our family of 3 adults rented this house for the Christmas week in order to visit nearby relatives. It had everything we needed to be comfortable, and even a well-equipped kitchen for our Christmas cooking needs. The beds were so comfortable that we're looking at buying one for ourselves! The house was very clean and in good order. Maintenance repaired a faulty light just hours after we inquired about it. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoying the Senior Lifestyle

My brother sister and I along with our spouses enjoyed three beautiful weeks and this property. We took a vantage of all the amenities and features that the village offers, and enjoyed it very much.

Winter trip

First trip to the Villages and loved it! House was in a great location and perfect for the three of us. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed but the management was quick to take care of everything. Would definitely rebook again.

Overall lovely stay

The property was great! Clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable which I appreciated. The property managers were nice and responsive. Only complaint was very limited supplies provided. For a week stay we had to buy toilet paper, cooking oil, laundry detergent, fabric softner, paper towels, sugar, etc.

Used residence as additional bedrooms as I live in the area. Home met our needs. Was clean, comfortable and close to my home. There are some plumbing issues to be addressed by owner but would rent unit again.

We loved this place. Very clean and comfy. The area was spectacular, minutes from all 3 town squares

We give it 10 stars, close to everything, all town squares, the rec center, the pool and multiple grocery stores etc. We loved driving the golf cart to meet our friends. The neighborhood was so quiet and safe. We will be renting this again.

Golf cart problems

I’m upset that I paid for a Golf cart that didn’t work .I complained to some lady who supposedly called the home owner .Lol her response was it was a four seater golf cart but really four people shouldn’t ride on them so we went and rented a four seater put four people on and it was Great so might want to find a way to work on that

Beautiful home and excellent experience.

The communication from the property management firm was excellent. They checked in to make sure everything was in order and we were comfortable. The home is clean, comfortably furnished and well stocked with household items guests would need. I highly recommend this property.

Clean and Quiet

The house was perfect for our visit. The location was just right. Loved the golf cart. The 4 seats worked great too! Visited 3 different pools during our stay. The house could have used some beach towels and extra coffee mugs. Also, just a heads up, the master shower hot and cold are reversed. Overall, the house was great! Very clean and quiet. Really enjoyed having morning coffee and breakfast on the Lanai. We would rent here again and recommend it to others!
