Sunshine - 3/2 w/ Golf Cart in The Village of Liberty Park

Welcome to this beautiful large designer house in the Village of Liberty Park! SUNSHINE has three large bedrooms, two baths, a great lanai with a grill, kitchen and dining room table. To top it all off, you can cruise around in the golf cart to ensure you are a True Villager! The location is super! It is between Sumter Landing and Brownwood, close to recreation centers, pools, golfing, pickleball, restaurants, shopping and live entertainment in the squares every day of the year.

Liberty Park.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

GOLF CART DETAILS:
- Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $125 at the time of booking.
- The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Golf cart key will be provided upon submission.
- Guest is responsible for any monetary damages to themselves, the golf cart, others, or property of others, including any monetary damages incurred during their use.
- We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. A replacement golf cart will not be provided if there are mechanical issues that prevent usage.

There is a small car in the garage with a cover that remains as well as the Golf Cart. Parking will be in the driveway. Space for 2 vehicles.
