Great location in the village means you are close to Everything The Villages has to offer!
1min to SeaBreeze Rec Center: Pickleball, volleyball, tennis, yoga, and much much more!
Lake Sumter Town Center has great shopping, nightly live music, and lots of restaurants. Golfing dream! Tons of executive and champion courses! The House: Updated and Stocked with all the essentials for either short or long term stays! Relax Ready! Meaning it is designed around everyday cooking, entertainment, and baking. Updates are Brand New LG appliance suite, 3 new 55" flat screen Roku TVs one in each bedroom, 65" flat screen Roku TV with Sony soundbar and subwoofer. All bedroom suites have new beds with 4 new pillows, new linens, with dressers and closets. All bathrooms have soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, tooth paste, hair dryer, towels, beach towels, insulated beach bag, and snorkeling gear! Of course, we got dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, and dryer sheets. Coffee, Tea, Sugar, and Sweet'nLow. Also, providing salt, pepper, and oil. Lots of cleaners, Sponges, ect... Garage door opener and white key card for the Gates to use. Stay longer? 20% Discount for stays longer that 7 days!

Home Away From Home

We came to visit family in The Villages. Our stay was perfect. The communication with the owner was without issue and the property felt like a home away from home for our stay. Everything we needed and more was provided. We had a great trip.

We stayed for a week in this comfortable house located between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing Square within minutes from groceries and restaurants. Owner responded instantly to inquires. Clean house, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and speedy Wifi. Nice touch to have the bathrooms set up with the little things you expect in 5-star hotels. In fact, the house is best described as a spacious 5-star suite.

Perfect House

Spent a week in this 3BR/2BA home. Perfect in location and everything else. Thad was wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this rental. But you should know that this property backs up to a very busy Beuna Vista Blvd. The noise is not terrible and we didn’t notice it at night…but if taking a nap, it was a little distracting.

The Comforts of Home

My parents and I stayed at this home while we were visiting family just a couple miles away. The host was responsive and accommodating! The property had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home, including a very nice Weber grill. Most importantly, the home was very clean! We will stay here again when we visit our family.

Don't bother looking anywhere else

The home was perfectly appointed and exactly as advertised. Thad is a terrific host and incredibly responsive to questions. We had no issues at all and will definitely try to stay as Thad's guests for all future visits to the Villages. Things could not possibly have been better.

Perfect in Every Way!

Beautiful home for our 3 adult group, but could easily accommodate 6. Lots of extra toiletries and housewares made it feel like home. Central to both Lake Sumter and Brownwood / Sawgrass Grove at around 10-15 min by car. Rec Centers in every direction - host provided visitor passes on request. Host was very kind and quick to respond to multiple questions. Neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. Will definitely stay here again when visiting The Villages!
