The Space:

Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautifully maintained home offers the ideal blend of comfort, style, and convenience. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families, or couples traveling together. Discounts for weekly or monthly stays!



Step inside to an open-concept living area with cozy seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for shared meals. The home features:

A private hot tub

Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi

Comfortable, hotel-quality beds

Washer/dryer for extended stays

Keyless entry and self-check-in



The Space:

#1 Master Bedroom- "Pearl Room"

-King size bed

- walk in closet

- Private En-suite bathroom with shower that has a bench



#2 "Garden Room"

- King Bed

- Bathroom across the small hallway with soaker tub



Large Florida Room off the kitchen with private access to the Hot Tub in the screened in patio



*Grill Available for $15 for your whole stay- guests must clean it and provide the propane- outside the screened patio



Private outdoor dining area with umbrella for shade



Separate office area with a pull out couch- **any additional guest must be approved**



Located just minutes from shopping, dining, and local entertainment, you’ll be in the heart of everything while enjoying a peaceful retreat.



Whether you're visiting for adventure or relaxation, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.



*Golf cart is included- Guests are to purchase the gas for the golf cart



*Grill Available for $15 for your whole stay- guests must clean it and provide the propane refills.



Large separate Florida Room to relax and unwind away from it all. The master bedroom has private en-suite with walk-in shower with bench.



Past the dining room is another bedroom with bathroom across the hall that boasts a soaking tub with hand held shower attachment.



Resident IDs: You will need resident ids if you want to use the amenities in The Villages, such as the neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, free golf at the executive courses, ability to make tee times, and more! Resident IDs cost $50 per person (Only two are allowed per The Villages rules.) However, once you have your resident IDs, you can request guest passes for other guests in your group. Upon picking up your IDs, you will pay the $50 fee ( cash or check ) to The Villages. After you receive your Resident ID(s) you can go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for the other member(s) of your group. Pick-up will be at the Brownwood Sales and Information office.



***I will need the following information no later than 3 days before arrival for Resident IDs: Full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses.***

You will have access to the home through our keyless entry.

We had the most enjoyable stay ever this Villa cottage was decorated beautifully had plenty of large screen TVs with access to movies. It had a beautiful hot tub, which was very enjoyable to relax, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the beds were king size beds that were very comfortable, and the house was roomy enough for our family gathering! Would definitely stay here again had a wonderful time in the villages Florida
