  • Questo cottage è in una posizione fantastica! Il lotto d'angolo è enorme! Cammina verso la piscina

    Due camere da letto due bagni di casa con una tana con tutto il necessario per godere di una grande visita! Tappeto in tutta la casa con mobili davvero incantevoli e molto confortevoli. Sedili tavolo da pranzo sei. Combinazione di vita e pranzo. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici con piano cottura - armadio dispensa. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con una grande cabina armadio, bagno ha cabina doccia con porte in vetro, doppio lavabo! Tirare fuori la regina nella stanza degli ospiti.

Fall break in the Villages

Great location, very neat and clean, A/C worked great, comfortable beds, nice screened in lanai for coffee in the morning. All in all a great place to stay.

Property is close to town squares and rec centers. Pool is behind the house. 6 golf courses within 5-10 minutes.

Overall, good. House was nice.

The property management people were great. Quick torespond and got things fixed as needed.Having to drive 7miles round trip to get our mail was ridiculous especially since the regular mailbox for the house is 100 feet away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and as advertised by property manager. While advertised as pet (dog) friendly we did not detect any pet odor(s) or pet hair which was an initial concern. A plus not reflected in the pictures is the fact that washer & dryer are inside the home where it is nice and cool rather than in the garage. Full two-car garage is a plus allowing room for both the golf cart and renter's vehicle. This location is equal distance between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool...a two-minute walk. The golf cart was fun, easy to operate and goes a long way on very little gas. I have no problems recommending this location for a couple or family.

Great accommodations and location!!

Very comfortable home with a great golf cart. Pool was walking distance as it’s behind a hedge in the back yard. Will rent here again when I go back!

Tamarind Grove ~ The Villages

Good location of property around the corner from the Tamarind Grove pool. Master bedroom had king size bed which was very comfortable. Unit was clean although very dated. We also had access to a golf cart which we enjoyed using to explore the different communities of the Villages.
