“This is a cute little cottage that could use a little love. The hot tub was nice and very hot, but quite public. You're surrounded by houses. Overall, it's a cheap place that feels cheap. Also checkout is actually at 11, though the listing says 12. ”

“Extremely convenient location, just outside of town but across the street from food and gas. This is an older building for sure but the price couldn't be beat. I don't need anything fancy, just warm and safe. My room had a window into what used to be the pool but it's long abandoned. Interesting tho, like looking into the past a lil. I appreciated the free snacks and water bottles as I was doing a lot of traveling and hiking the day of checkout.”

“The room was clean and large. The bed had a beautiful headboard. The mattress was on the hard side. Three large pillows and nice cover. The rest of the decor throughout the property is dated. The reception area is decorated in antiques. The restaurant served mediocre food. The staff at front desk were wonderful! Helpful and knowledgeable about what’s happening in Berkeley Springs. And they were accommodating. Best food in the whole town we found at Creekside Cafe! The Vine is overpriced and...

“Stayed here as it was the cheapest place I could find close to Harper's Ferry, 30 min away. Similar to what you'd expect at a super 8, could use some updating at least concerning the rooms' exterior glass doors. Looks like several people are living the hotel life while I was there, but my room was clean and bedding was nice. Not far from interstate and lots of shopping nearby.”

“Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors.”

“The staff here were very good. The rooms however left a lot to be desired. I found a bug on my pillow. On top of the fitted sheet were some small, hard black things that could have been bugs or rat turds. The bathroom was gross. The sink was a sunken sink and there was mold around the rim of the porcelain part of the sink. There was mold in the caulk that went around the edge of the bathtub. I will say the shower curtain looked brand new. The bottom of the shower sunk in when I stepped on it. I...
