“The front desk person was not friendly at all at check in. The room we got was very dated and needs a big remodel. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the pool area looks really nice, the reception area and breakfast was nice and clean. The breakfast area is near the general managers office, while grabbing our breakfast we can hear someone screaming at someone else at the top of their lungs inside the general managers office. Not ok when children can hear this. ”

“The room was great! The parking lot had several pieces of trash on the ground that diminished the hotel’s first impression.”

“Didn't get the chance to stay. Had an emergency, in route to the hotel. Made a mistake and didn't get the refundable rate. No grace. That's business. Won't make that mistake again.”

“Part of hotel was being upgraded. Putting down new carpet. Spacious room but bed was pushed u against wall and no nightstand on one side. I had to crawl into my side of the bed”
