“It's a nice hotel but it was hot friday and Saturday and the A/C wasn't working. I later asked the lady on Sat morning and she said that's the way it is and open window. Not even try to help. then that afternoon I asked Sean a young man and he's like I'll get a window A/C there in a few for you. And he did!!! The lady was lazy and didn't go out of her way to help.
