We had our boat and it was super easy to get out to the bayou, but we fished a lot just outside the neighborhood and caught there. “No communication with the property owner. VRBO associates was useless. Had to rent a hotel. Nothing was covered or reimbursed by VROB and the guarantee was a sham. VRBO staff was no help. Check in was 3pm; didn’t check in and had no help. We were stranded for over 12 hours in the car.”

“I cannot express how unprofessional this owner is!!! I booked this trip the week before coming to New Orleans only to find that my stay was cancelled due to unavailability on their part!!! How something be available, you book it only to be told now that it’s not available I think it was done after I told the owner was a girls trip and then mine was cancelled. Just needed a place to stay not party we are all over 50 and just wanted a nice place to sleep.”
