“We thoroughly enjoyed our time at La Marvella. Chiranjit and Guru Murthy made our stay great and tended to all of our needs. Sanath at the front desk was very helpful as well. The Golden Oak restaurant and Via Milano employees were all fantastic. We are grateful to the staff of La Marvella for helping us have a great stay. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping service was also great and timely. All staff were friendly and supportive. Food was OK for me as a vegetarian and probably the best range of Veg Sandwiches I have had anywhere. The only thing I felt could do with a makeover was the Gym. I used it every day and the treadmills could do with a service and the weights area with an update and cleaned more often. But it is adequate for my stay.”

Sinceramente è stato triste andarsene via, ci sarebbe molto piaciuto rimanere e, se tornismo a Bangalore, sicuramente torneremo al St. Mark's. Abbiamo fatto un upgrade a una suite fumatori. “Arrivato all'Hotel m'informano che l'acqua calda non c'è tutto il giorno, ma soltanto la mattina sino alle 10 e il pomeriggio dalle 17 alle 22. Faccio notare che sul sito di Expedia non si parla di queste limitazioni che dovevano essere portate a conoscenza degli utenti onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese. “Mi hanno dato una stanza accanto ad una villa in costruzione e quindi sino alle 19 molto rumorosa. Durante la notte il rumore di un motore di aria condizionata non mi ha fatto chiudere occhio. E cosa assurda, ma vera, il WiFi è limitato a pochi mb e pertanto nel pomeriggio si è interrotta la possibilità di continuare ad usarlo, facendomi perdere un lavoro di più di un ora che avrei dovuto trasmettere in Italia. Dopo le mie ferme richieste di immediato ripristino del WiFi è stato riattivato....
