“Close to metro shops and restaurant. Cleam room and frendly staff. I accidently booked twice as my 1st attempt came with error message I went on and booked again and soon found that I have 2 bookings. Hotel.com or the hotel had real perso to talk to. I had to take this as a loss.”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel. The only regret point as “smoker” was outside smoking space has no chair/ roof.”

“A comfortable and spacious room with quality bedding and furniture. Good air con and excellent and helpful cleaning staff. Reception was open 24 hours and organised. The restaurant was a little mediocre and some of the restaurants staff would have benefited from further customer care training ”

“I stayed here for one week in December, through Christmas. The room was simple but had everything I needed. Same for the bathroom. I would say it was very good value. I didn't expect it to be a luxury hotel. It held up to my needs. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but it’s ok. There was always someone around that did. I did not use the restaurant. Mostly because I was busy exploring the city.”
