“I always need this property and I love it! It is close to primary Children’s Hospital, it is clean, and the customer service is amazing. Of positive note it is going through a renovation, but even pre-renovation it was a nice property. If you are staying at the hospital, be sure to let the staff know that way they don’t charge you for parking.”

“We had such a great stay. The property was so much fun, the staff was incredible, and food was great. Shout to Victoriya, the innkeeper, she did a fantastic job taking care of us. Will definitely return.”

“The rooms are old. The sink in the bathroom started leaking and you get a little shock if you touch the meta screw when switching on the bathroom light. The vending machine doesn't work and the hotel doesn't reimburse you. The personnel is nice and efficient ”

“Both rooms we got were very hot and took most of the night to cool down. As the ac was off when we got there.”

“Parking was convenient. Air conditioning worked great.The room was clean. The remote control stopped working, they gave us batteries but they were dead or there was something wrong with the remote. So the next day the brought a new remote and programed it to the TV, it worked fine.”

It didn't feel safe at all. There were also people fighting in the parking lot at some point and yelling throughout the night. The room itself wasn't necessarily dirty, but it wasn't really clean either. The place was very rundown. The shower looked gross enough that neither my son nor I used it. The bed...
