“The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight.
An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....

“Hotel di basso livello. Pulizia scarsa in generale dovuta alla onnipresente moquette. Odore nei corridoi poco piacevole. Colazione molto ma molto scarsa con solo caffe, succo di frutta, e muffin, niente uova, bacon, formaggi, oatmeal, yogurt, fette biscottate, biscotti.
Alla fine di tutto cio, l autista della navetta ti chiede deliberatamente di dargli la mancia. Una cosa incredibile.”

"Very convenient location for us, the room was large and clean, coffee/tea available in the room, as well as fridge and microwave. Breakfast was very nice, with many options.
My only complain is the deposit: since my credit card isn't issued in dollars, the deposit cost me more than 10$ (switching currencies back and forth), which I really didn't find necessary "
