“Room and hotel was great. We were assigned the room next to lobby, which played some music all night. Otherwise everything else was great”

“It wasn't that bad. I gave 4 stars because I found fake eyelashes in my bathroom. Plus the pool was warm but the pool area was super cold. Everyone was sitting with either a sweater or towel wrapped around them. Breakfast was great. Staff was pleasant. I would go back.”

“It was dirty (since had old toothpaste still in it, toilet had hairs on it, bed smelled of a woman's perfume). No comfortable, just two old sheets with a fleece blanket in between. I reserved it for 3 nights and left after 1. When checking out, the receptionist immediately gave us the Expedia contact number indicating this often happens. It was gross. I felt bad having my wife stay here. I'm OK with old; but there's no excuse for dirty/unclean.”

“Parking was not great. When i got there he said he had mo reservation from expedia. I had to pay. I better not get charged twice. ”

“The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. ”

“In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished....

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”
