“We liked the convenient location most of all. The rooms was spacious and clean. The breakfast was disappointing because it wasn’t monitored for cups, plates, and waffle batter. The breakfast ran out of items and was minimally stocked with food choices. It’s an ok place to say on a budget.”

“Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator.”

“Everything is wonderful. However I booked king bed but when my husband and I arrived there to check. We were given a room with two twin beds the clerk saying that’s the only available. When we went upstairs to our room the AC was off and when we turned it on it wasn’t working we called the desk. The first and second call nobody is answering the phone. On my third call and several rings she finally answered. We told her the situation with the AC . She told us to push buttons and still not...

“Roaches in both rooms, had to be moved because TV didn't work in first room. No microwave even though was told I would have one”

“Staff was nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable (pillows could use a good fluff or an upgrade). Good TV connection and lots of channels to choose from. Shower pressure and temp was great. Lots of restaurants and food choices very closeby. Property was clean and looked to be well-maintained. My room had a larger mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of counter space. Everything was in good working...

“Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!”
