“This may be a cute, smaller property, but the lack of privacy is a serious issue. While I was out, the front desk called me to ask if I had left my pet alone in the room. That is not a normal hotel experience and felt extremely intrusive. After I confirmed that someone was in the room, the front desk attendant abruptly said, “I’ll check again,” and hung up on me. I called back to ask if staff were entering or monitoring my room, and the same Saturday evening desk attendant became defensive and...

“The room was a standard room and the bed was very comfortable. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was included and worked great! The staff was excellent!! The continental breakfast was great with a wide variety of food and a wonderful breakfast lounge to eat in. The lady taking care of the buffet was incredible! The food was hot and she was always making sure the area was clean and restocked. She was happy and very welcoming! Also the housekeeper was very detailed and positive too!...

“We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
