“From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing!”

“Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good. ”

“Il resort è davvero bello anche se è inutile prenotare camera con giardino perchè poi ti rifilano quella con il balcone. Unico problema è la lontanza dal centro che tuttavia si può superare utilizzando il loro free shuttle. ristoranti interni decisamente costosi rispetto gli standard vietnamiti. ti senti un po' agli arresti domiciliari!”

“Beautiful property, helpful staffs but it was not for us. The on going construction limits where you can go. We stayed in one of the coastal suites. The room was spacious with decent view from the balcony. The large window in the living room looks directed at the wall of another villa. Front of villas are nicely landscape but the villas are very close to each other so it feels like I was staying in some upscale manicure neighborhood and not at a resort. “I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!”

“Camera vissuta con alcuni dettagli da rivedere. Sedia con pelle rovinata. Cestino per rifiuti vecchio.Pulizia sufficiente. Fatevi un giro nelle camere. Un hotel 5 stelle non può permettersi sbavature. Colazione migliorabile soprattutto per i prodotti senza glutine. C’era solo un pane che veniva scaldato malissimo ( microonde) ed era quindi non commestibile. Per fortuna avevo i miei biscotti. Alcuni dipendenti falsamente gentili. Piscina con ore di sole contate( dalle 8,00 alle 11,00 am)....
