“The turkey sausage at breakfast is horrible! Can we get some real sausage.”

“Breakfast was limited. Encountered marijana smoke coming from a room. My wife is terrible allergic.”

“Great location for campus visits! Friendly staff. Property has seem too many football games and the HVAC and shower need improvement. The carpet was new in our room on floor 3. Safe. Comfy bed. Will return when we visit college student.”

“Was given the key to the room and room was dirty. Walls are very thin.”

“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“Super clean room. Black out curtains were nice. The AC was also really nice and could be set below 70, which most places do not allow. Easy access to downtown Columbia.”

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...
