“Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Be careful with the breakfast. The " juices" are concentrated sugar water with dye. The water they skimp on in the fake juice goes into very soggy scrambled eggs. The waffle maker is cast iron and even with dumping ton of oil on it, the waffles stuck so badly they came off in pieces. The night receptionist and the breakfast staff guy were good. The morning receptionist guy couldn't care less”

“No fridge in the room. No drapes although there was a rod and hooks. No kettle and took 15-20 to get one. And they didn’t register our car properly for underground parking as we had an $80.00 invoice on our windshield in the morning. They promised to look after it.”
