“Nice view of island.”

“When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. The breakfast was very nice and had several options. I would go...

“This place cares. They don’t serve powdered eggs. They crack the eggs themselves. They take pride. It is family owned and operated!!! It’s like your mom is the host”

“Nice little breakfast, quick and easy check in/out. Hot tub after a long days work is a nice treat. ”

“We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty.”

“Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. We have stayed at multiple hotels in the area and this one is much quieter than a few others. ”

“No hangers in the room, shower didn’t work properly at all, no icemakers worked, had to walk up to a separate building for breakfast, tables weren’t wiped down in between customers, we asked for a first floor room and ended up in a different building at the bottom of the hill. Not handicap friendly at all. The room smelled like weed.”

“Breakfast was a little lacking but staff was friendly and rooms were clean. They’re renovating the first floor right now so it’ll be all updated soon”

“The room was absolutely disgusting- sheets/ bed skirts were stained and dirty. There was a hair tie still within the sheets (so guessing bedding didn’t get changed) and when we asked to switch rooms, the owner/manager asked why we were “checking the mattress”. Also they had the door to outside taped up so it wouldn’t latch, allowing anyone access to the building. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere! ”
