"Dated decour but under new owners who are renovating. The hotel has the most helpful wonderful staff, nothing to much trouble to them. Food good, ideal central location, clean safe and secure. "Thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to The Grand hotel, Blackpool which is situated on the promenade close to tram and bus stops.
