“Hotel in good location. Parking available which was good. Breakfast was lovely although if small Kelloggs breakfast boxes available would make it even better. Room was very dated and need a refurb. Toilet seat was so close to wall you couldn’t sit comfortable. Room was clean as can be but need to decorate.”

“Arrived and the first thing that struck us was the 10 or so steps at the front door to get up to the reception area, not easy for older people with a heavy suitcase, we then stood around 10 minutes waiting to check in as there was no staff at reception. Then told that parking was £10 per night which we hadn’t seen listed anywhere, we also had to pay a £150.00 damage deposit (Refundable) which we also knew nothing about, we’re in our 60’s, we’re hardly going to wreck the room!
