“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. “The room was spacious, clean, and featured an amazing Jacuzzi tub. Some of the furniture felt a bit outdated—like the large mirror behind the bed—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The pool was huge with a comfortable temperature, and the hot tub was just as spacious and perfectly warm.
