“View was very good , parking one needs to be careful and has tight space not recommended if you are prone to hit the walls one has to go to basement parking, our room door was faulty, it was not opening properly kind a stuck, there is pool table and outside walk was sort of scary found some intoxicated homeless guys ,downtown problem , over all property and staff were very friendly and helpful”

“We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with plenty of fresh options to choose from each morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Camera grande, molto bella e pulita, due letti king molto comodi. Colazione con cibi confezionati, solo dolci, niente pane. La struttura è posizionata fuori Gananoque, per noi che siamo arrivate tardi e’ pesato non poter uscire a piedi per cenare.”

“When I arrived at check in there were two police there with a barely dressed person whom they seemed to be checking out. Then social workers came in as well to deal with the situation. I don’t know what was going on but it made me concerned about the safety of the hotel for guests. The parking lot was in poor condition and the outdoor pool not just closed but scattered with debris. The room was clean enough but the halls and common areas seemed worn.”

“La stanza era minuscola per 4 persone,solo 2 asciugamani,non ci hanno neppure fatto la camera,passa nelle vicinanze un treno che fa un rumore assordante,assolutamente da evitare ”

“L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile e poco distante dal centro. Vari servizi nei dintorni (ristoranti, supermercati, stazioni di servizio). Personale molto gentile”

“Arrivati qui poiché le strutture vicine non avevano posto ci siamo subito accorti del motivo....vasca scrostata, tubature arrugginite, parti dell'impianto di condizionamento scrostate e rotte, camera piena di ragnatele, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati. La struttura necessita di ampia ristrutturazione se almeno fosse pulita a fondo sarebbe tollerabile. Inoltre per un prezzo esagerato non fornisce colazione e neanche il caffè di cortesia.
