“We were in for 1 night-There was a concert in the park next door, and we were enjoying a weekend getaway. First off, from a communication and service standpoint, it was similar to an Air BNB-No front desk, no hotel staff on site that we saw. Not a problem, but it perhaps led to our major challenge with this property. The Hotel is 80% restaurant and bar with like 10-12 rooms. There is no structural separation. “This was our third time staying here. The first two times were as a couple and we loved our rooms. They were clean, spacious and comfortable. This time we went as a family and got the suite. It was definitely not the cleanest. The night stand and around the phone had an entire layer of dust. The bathroom floor and shower could have been cleaner. There was stuff on the walls and curtains. The pool area could have been cleaner. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and staff were polite.”
