“stay at this hotel was disappointing despite the staff’s attempts to assist. Shortly after checking into my first room, I encountered a roach. The front desk responded quickly and moved us to another room, but the replacement room was missing several amenities, including a bench and lamp, and the refrigerator hadn’t been turned on prior to our arrival. “The room was clean, except for the sofa bed. When we tried to open it, it was full of crumbs in between the pads. As a point of engineering, the toilet bowl in the bathroom of the room we stayed in was mounted at an angle with the wall, not parallel with it, which we found odd. The staff was helpful, when you can find someone. The breakfast was terrible, eat somewhere else if you don't want to start your day badly.”

“amazing place,very historic,staff was awesome, a must stay,room was not what i reserved 8 months in advance in the 5th ave house but was changed to 2nd house,which was amazing in itself and worked out great,but it was the point of not being told of the change in advance. but these things happen and it was a great stay”

“Hotel was perfect room was perfect but the parking was not ….charged 40 dollars to park on premises or 12 dollars a block away didn’t expect this but that is the only issue I had”

“Noisy Train ran directly behind property . It passed through area several times a day. Refrigerator didn’t work in my room . Staff assigned me to another room on day 2”
