“Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)”

There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. “This hotel needs a good cleaning!!! Comfort inn is usually on of our first picks when looking for a hotel. This one was so dirty! They keep the entrance tidy but once you get past that it is all downhill. I do have to say the bedding looked clean and was comfortable but we were pretty tired. When we woke in the morning we noticed the TV did not work and the dresser and night stand were filthy. A build up of dust and dirt and a drink spilled down the front.
