Contemporanea "River Retreat House" con 2 terrazze su Southfork

Benvenuti nella contemporanea "River Retreat House" nella splendida Three Rivers. Questa casa è meravigliosa. Tutti gli arredi moderni da divani, tavoli, letti, sedie, mobili da giardino. Mentre sei seduto in salotto, puoi vedere dalle finestre della Cattedrale le montagne innevate di Dennis Peak. Siamo a circa 20 minuti dall'ingresso del Parco Nazionale della Sequoia.

Vieni a rilassarti su due ponti sul fiume South Fork Kaweah. Goditi la proprietà paesaggistica con meravigliosi lavori di roccia. Cucinare fuori con il barbecue propano.
Questa casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata con tutti i comfort: nuova Smart TV, TV satellitare via cavo diretto, WiFi, telefono cordless, lettore BluRay. Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni e anche una sala da sole con futon. Tutti i nuovi pavimenti in vero legno installati ovunque, splendidamente colorati. Il bagno principale ha una doccia a pioggia con una grande panca. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, con una stufa a lupo. La casa dispone di aria condizionata / riscaldamento centralizzato. Ha una lavatrice / asciugatrice.

La proprietà ha i suoi bellissimi sentieri da godere. È così lussureggiante e verde.

Quando abbiamo iniziato a ristrutturare la "River Retreat House" contemporanea, siamo stati molto orgogliosi di renderlo speciale. Non abbiamo solo dipinto il rivestimento in legno di cedro, ma l'abbiamo meticolosamente colorato. Ci siamo presi del tempo per mettere insieme qualcosa di speciale nella proprietà che, nonostante i tuoi elementi naturali, puoi sentirti sicuro, pulito, confortevole e accogliente in una proprietà sul fiume. Mettiamo tutti i nuovi arredi da divani, sedie, tavoli, letti, tutto. Abbiamo installato ripiani in cristallo di quarzo bianco. Abbiamo appena aggiunto nuova ghiaia attorno al perimetro. Il cortile è stato appena abbellito da poco. È qualcosa di straordinario e assolutamente bellissimo.

Escursionismo, rafting, mountain bike, equitazione e gite in barca sono tra le attività disponibili nelle vicinanze. Anche se molti vengono per rilassarsi, osservare le stelle e godersi la natura.

Questa proprietà è davvero unica perché poiché la siccità ha colpito la California negli ultimi 3 anni e molte case fluviali si prosciugano alla fine dell'estate per cadere, beh siamo fortunati a dire che non abbiamo MAI prosciugato (bussare al legno) a causa di dove abbiamo sedersi sul fiume South Fork. Quindi, se rimani con noi, assicurati che in qualsiasi momento dell'anno sperimenterai l'acqua che scorre attraverso il nostro fiume sulla nostra proprietà.

I ponti sono solo una breve passeggiata lungo il sentiero per l'accesso al fiume. Ci sono 2 case vacanza private sulla proprietà di 6 acri, quindi se hai una festa più grande e vorresti affittare entrambe le case, sentiti libero di chiedere. Se hai più famiglia e amici, anche la nostra casa più piccola può ospitare. Ci impegniamo a rendere il tuo tempo con noi un'esperienza rilassante e memorabile.

Three Rivers

Our family had a great time at the River House. The property was gorgeous and we all enjoyed walking to the River, sitting on the porch looking at the mountains and listening to the sound of the River. The house was good and comfortable. The kids loved the game room. Just a few things would have made the house a 5, too, but we would definitely stay there again. Had that peaceful, easy feeling!

Very good secluded stay outside Three Rivers

This location is about a 15 minute drive up a small mountain road from the main town of Three Rivers. The house itself is nice and clean, with two main bedrooms and a third living room or sun room in the front of the house without a closet that has been transformed into a third larger bedroom with 2 queen beds.There are no bunk beds in the house, in spite of a picture of bunk beds on the listing. The kitchen is not well appointed with pans that would be thrown away by someone who was expected to use them regularly. However, overalll the house is a nice size for 6 people and the location is very nice, just a short walk from a beautiful deck by the river.

Family getaway

The property was lovely! It was just as pictured in the listing and was well stocked. We drove to sequoia national park each day and this was a great location to have as our base. The owners were wonderful with helpful suggestions for our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect SNP Retreat

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at this property, including 4 kids ranging from 6-11 years old. The house was clean and nicely laid out so that we didn't feel at all crowded. We were able to make several family-style meals in the kitchen. Our kids LOVED the arcade games in the sun room and would go running to relax after long days of hiking. The quick access to the decks and river was great for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The host's communication leading up to our trip was top-notch, and even when we had a small power outage during our stay, he kept us well informed of the issue and even had his staff bring us ice to keep everything in our refrigerator cool. The nighttime view of the stars was breath-taking. We loved feeling remote, yet able to get down into town and to SNP relatively quickly. Everything about our experience was A++!!

Memorable Stay

We really enjoyed our time staying at this property. It offered enough space for everyone in our family and provided a great background to make family memories. It was located near to the National Parks and other activities of interest and we loved spending time in the secluded, private river out back. Highly recommend!

Celebrating the wedding of my brother and needed a place that we could both relax and help be close enough if needed to help prep for the wedding. This house was beautiful, relaxing, and had a great back yard porch and dining set that we spent most of our time in. Srey was very responsive and helpful!

Prime time family time!

Visiting family 1 mile down the road. The home was great for accomadating our family from Oakhurst and New Jersey. 8 of us stayed, plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area large enough to host family meals for 10. The listing is accurate, the river was beautiful and the host's were easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent again on another family visit.

Fantastic home base for Sequoia and Kings Canyon!

Great property in a great location! We had a group of 6 and it worked really well. 1 of the bedrooms is a bunk room that would accomodate a larger group/family well. Three Rivers was an awesome place to visit with great food - all guided by our tremendous host. From the moment we committed to the trip, our host was communicating at a super high level to ensure the stay was all we imagined - and more. Coffee on the deck by the river was fantastic!

Great Home in a Beautiful Spot

The home was really nice and the property and surrounding land were even better than the pictures. Our kids really liked the game room and we were able to have fun down at the creek. Owners were great and helpful leading up to and during the trip. Internet is pretty slow due to how remote the property is, so I’d recommend taking advantage of being isolated and just not plan on relying on internet access much. I’d definitely recommend this to any families looking for a relaxing getaway, with good access to nearby activities

Relaxing by the River

From booking, we had excellent communication with the owner, providing us recommendations, advice, and check-in information for our stay. The house is beautiful with the open floor plan and areas to relax. There is plenty of comfortable seating and we found ourselves relaxing by the river or chatting and playing cards on the back deck of the house. The kitchen was setup with everything we needed to cook, even with dishes for our kids. I loved how open it was with the windows overlooking the back yard and into the game room. The beds were comfortable with pretty linens and pillows. There were plenty of towels (large bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) for everyone. We did not use the washer and dryer but loved that it was available. Overall, the house was incredible, the host was amazing, and the location was perfect for visiting Sequoia.

Wonderful property and great host

The host was a great communicator. There were no issues with the home. The property is fantastic. We saw all kinds of wildlife, enjoyed the river, and got to town and the NP easily. Days were full of outdoor activities and evenings were cooking, games and time with family and friends. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Wish we had stayed 5 nights instead of only 4. Thank you for sharing your home. Sequoia and Three Rivers draws me back time and time again. It’s such a peaceful, beautiful place.
